Xiang Xiaoyan is the Chief Architect of XuanTie at Alibaba DAMO Academy. She received her bachelor's and Ph.D. degrees from Zhejiang University and previously served on the faculty of the School of Microelectronics at Fudan University. A key contributor to major national research programs including the "Core Electronic Devices, High-End Generic Chips, and Basic Software" (HGJ) program and the National 863 Program, she has led the development of multiple XuanTie 8- and 9-series processors spanning high-performance to low-power domains. Her current work focuses on agentic CPU and AI computing architectures; she leads the R&D of the XuanTie Matrix Extension and champions its standardization within the RISC-V community. She has published over ten papers in venues such as Hot Chips and IEEE Transactions.
项晓燕,阿里巴巴达摩院玄铁处理器架构师。浙江大学本科、博士,曾任教复旦大学微电子学院。长期从事处理器架构和设计开发,作为骨干多次参与国家“核高基”重大专向、国家863计划等项目。作为项目负责人或项目核心骨干参与玄铁8系列和9系列多款处理器产品的开发,覆盖高性能、低功耗多个不同应用领域。深耕处理器AI架构,负责推动玄铁Matrix架构的研发和Matrix扩展指令集在RISC-V社区的标准化。相关成果在hotchips或IEEE transaction上发表论文10余篇。
