Dr. Guilei Wang, Professor, Vice President of Beijing Superstring Academy of Memory Technology. His research interests focus on semiconductor processes, device fabrication, and 3D integration for the IC industry. He has published over 290 SCI and EI research papers (as of May 2026), including Nature Communications, Nano Letters, Physical Review Letters/A/B/Materials, IEEE EDL, IEEE TED, IMW, IEDM and VLSI. He has authored and co-authored more than 173 Chinese granted invention patents, as well as 20 patents in the United States and Europe.
