讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Ms. Mashiro started to take part in SEMI Standard activities in EH&S from 1997. Since 2001, she's been serving as a co-chair for Japan Chapter of EH&S global Technical Committee. She received International Collaboration Award and Karel Urbanek Award for her contribution to SEMI Standards in 2001'and 2006'respectively. In addition to SEMI Standards, she has been an active contributor to various SEMI EHS WGs including PFAS WG and GHG WG. She is also taking leadership role in SEMI PFAS Initiative, global SEMI activities addressing PFAS supply chain challenges as well as SIPS Japan regional PFAS WG. 摘要 / Abstract SEMI hosts many Technology Communities and forums to advance semiconductor and related industry bringing more values to modern society. Environmental sustainability of the industry while keeping its pace of device technology advancement becomes most challenging and important focus of SEMI and its members. In this presentation, recent advancement of two major sustainability topics, Climate Change and PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) will be discussed from a contributing member point of view and call for greater participation will be made. |
