讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Ruyue Cao is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cambridge. She received her B.Sc. degree from Nankai University in 2016, and earned her Ph.D. in condensed matter physics from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2021. Following her doctoral studies, she joined the University of Cambridge as a postdoctoral researcher, where she continues her research to date. Her research interests focus on advanced ferroelectric materials, semiconductor interfaces, defects, and transparent conducting oxides through first-principles calculations. She has authored or co-authored over 35 peer-reviewed publications, including first-author papers in Nature, The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Applied Physics Letters, and Journal of Applied Physics, etc. |
