Junjie Li is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMECAS) and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS). From 2007 to 2013, he worked at NAURA Technology Group on dry etch process development. Since joining IMECAS in 2013, his research has focused on the pioneer process technology for advanced logic devices. He has authored over 100 publications in prestigious conferences and journals such as IEDM, SPIE, JVSTA, and ACS. In 2021, he was honored with the CAS Technical Support Talent award and the CAS President's Special Award.
