Prof. Chunsen Liu received his B.S. degree from the College of Electronic Science and Engineering at Jilin University and his Ph.D. degree from the School of Microelectronics at Fudan University. He is currently a professor at the College of Integrated Circuits and Micro-Nano Electronics, Fudan University, with research interests in two-dimensional memory devices and system integration. In particular, he has demonstrated that non-volatile flash memory can achieve speeds exceeding those of high-speed volatile memory, and his work has been published in Nature, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Electronics, etc.
