Dr. Zhang Qintong is currently the Process Manager of PVD BU, Beijing NAURA Technology Group Co., Ltd. Dr. Zhang received his Ph.D. degree in condensed matter physics in 2016 from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After his Ph.D. carrier, he joined the integrated circuit manufacturing industry. His research interests focus on metallization technology of semiconductors manufacturing, including sputtering, metal CVD/ALD and so on. For now, he has published more than 30 papers and 10 patents in above area.
