Allen Chang, a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Allen is currently serving as Vice President of JSR Taiwan, a role he has held since April 2022. In this position, Allen leads the Sales and Marketing team, driving strategic initiatives and fostering significant business growth.
Before joining JSR, Allen held the role of Group Vice President and General Manager of the IC Business Development Department at Naura from February 2019 to March 2022. During his tenure, he was instrumental in overseeing sales operations and advancing market development strategies.
Allen's career also includes a notable five-year tenure at Applied Materials as Patterning Director, where he played a critical role in the company's technological advancements. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Winbond Electronics, specializing in lithography process development, and further strengthened his expertise as Applications Director at Cymer.
