Chunying Han, received the Ph.D degree in optical engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China in 2015. Now he mainly engages in research on lithography imaging theory, computational lithography, image processing and optimization algorithms, and e-beam inspection technology. He has published 15 papers and obtained 12 invention patents.
