Dr. Yang Ding received his Ph.D. degree in Material Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2019. After that, he joined Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc., China. Dr. Ding has been focusing on Dry Etching (ICP) for advanced node technology and equipment new feature developing.
