Dr. Wenliang Dai received his Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2004. He founded the Xpeedic company in 2010 and was focused on the research and development of electronic design automation (EDA) software for high performance integrated circuits and electronic systems. He has already published over 20 international journal & magazine papers and holds more than 20 invention patents and 70 software copyrights. Now he is serving Xpeedic as the CEO and plays a leading role in many research projects funded by the government.
Dr. Dai was awarded the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2020 and the National Science and Technology Progress Award (First Prize) in 2024. Currently, He also serves as a review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), a guest expert of National Information Technology Education Project (NITE) and a member of several industry association and education committees.
