Xiaona Zhu is an associate researcher at the Institute of Microelectronics, Fudan University, and received her PhD degree from Zhejiang University in 2016. From 2016 to 2019, she has been working in SMIC New Technology R&D Co., Ltd. and Galaxy core. Shanghai Co., Ltd. on 14nm Fin-FET technology development and image sensor R&D. Her research interests include advanced logic devices, processes, and optoelectronic sensors. She has published more than 30 papers related to device processes, applied for more than 10 patents related to semiconductor manufacturing and design, and granted 5 patents. She also hosts National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and honored as Shanghai Yangfan Talent project. She opens the undergraduate courses “Principles of Integrated Circuit Process Simulation” and “Electronic Thin Film Inspection Technology” in the Department of Microelectronics, Fudan University.
