Zongwei Wang is a tenure-track assistant professor and investigator at the School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University. He received the Ph.D. degree from Peking University. His research focuses on advanced memory technologies and novel computing paradigms, including devices, processes, circuits, and architectures). So far, he has published over 100 papers in prominent international journals and conferences, including IEDM, IEEE EDL, IEEE TED, IEEE TCAD, DAC, and ICCAD. He has filed over 100 Chinese patents, with more than 40 granted. Prof. Wang has been awarded the NSFC Excellent Young Scholar Grant and the Beijing Nova Program, and serves as a young expert in the China Memory Industry Alliance. He is also a TPC member for conferences such as DAC, EDTM, and ICTA.
