摘要 / Abstract

In recent years Digital Twins have become a key enabler for the enhancement and continuous re-optimization of semiconductor manufacturing operations. This presentation describes a joint effort between FA Software and D-SIMLAB Technologies to develop a comprehensive multi-layer Digital Twin framework which can be used for both dispatching WIP lots in a wafer fabrication facility and for evaluation and enhancement of the underlying dispatch rules in a high-fidelity, validated simulation model of the respective fab operations as well as to enable of use cases where the dynamic interdependencies between capacity and cycle time are of relevance. Several success stories with regard to what can be achieved to reduce cycle times, enhance due-date performance and enhance capacity will also be shared.
