讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Yi Zheng is Senior Director in Applied Materials’ ICAPS business. He is responsible for collaborating with customers to accelerate their technology roadmaps. Dr. Zheng’s focus is on Si, SiC, and GaN power discretes, as well as Si BCD technologies. Yi has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
