讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Steven Chen is a Technical Engagement Manager within China for SPTS Technologies. Steven joined SPTS in May 2019. After graduating in 2007, he joined SMIC as Process Integration Engineer in their solar cell fab. In 2010 he became a Thin Film Process Engineer for ASMC, before returning to SMIC as a Thin Film Process Section Manager in 3D IC & MEMS R&D fab (the predecessor of SMEC) in 2012, where he was responsible for PVD/CVD/grinding/bonding process development on MEMS, power and RF applications. Steven has a Bachelor of Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST).
