讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Zheng Yuan is corporate vice president and general manager for ICAPS (IoT, Communication, Automotive, Power and Senor) Product and Technology at Applied Materials. He is responsible for all 300mm/200mm/150mm equipment development and product roadmap for More than Moore applications as well as ICAPS segment strategy and solutions. Dr. Yuan has held multiple management positions in Silicon, Solar and AGS business units at Applied Materials since 2000. Prior to joining Applied Materials, Dr. Yuan worked at several semiconductor equipment companies and academia in CVD technology and thin film development. Dr. Yuan holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
