Mr. Zhi-Qiang Guan was born in 1982. He received BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering from southeast university.
He has accumulated 17 years industrial experience and more than 10 years enterprise management experience. His technical background covers integrated circuit R&D in high-speed data transmission, modern wireless communication, IoT SoC and so on. He is an expert in high-speed and RF circuit research and has a deep understanding in semiconductor industrial chain.
In past years, he leaded teams in multiple locations to implement cutting edge IC designs in advanced technologies successfully. Especially during his career in Chiptel Microelectronics Ltd., he well organized his team to provide high quality ultra-high speed interference IP and customized designs in FinFET and advanced planar technologies for the customers.
