个人简介 / Biography Mr. Jeff Cheng currently is the head of TSMC Nanjing Quality & Reliability organization. He is responsible for end-to-end coverage from incoming materials quality, IP/new technology reliability and qualification as well as manufacturing excellence. Prior to joining TSMC Nanjing, he served as department manager at TSMC Corporation in charge of Customer Quality & Reliability. Mr. Jeff Cheng has more than 20 years industry experience directly engaged in technology development on CMP (chemical mechanical planarization) process, logic/embed flash memory integration, new product introduction management and quality system development. He also has extensive experience in quality management and effective testing, and can cooperate with customers in the early stages to bring new products to market in time with expected DPPM performance. Mr. Jeff Cheng received his Master degree in Chemistry from National Taiwan University.
