肖长宝目前担任格创东智半导体事业部总经理，负责泛半导体行业数字化方案的技术规划和设计、项目的方案制定及交付等。他拥有近20年半导体制造工厂数字化管理经验，曾任职于Intel、和舰科技、阿里巴巴等行业龙头企业，多次主导8寸、12寸半导体晶圆厂从0到1的建设，具备丰富的整厂系统规划建设经验。
