Dr. Zheng Yuan is vice president and general manager for Specialty Products and Technology at Applied Materials. He is responsible for all 300mm/200mm/150mm equipment development and product roadmap for More than Moore applications. Dr. Yuan has held multiple management positions in silicon, solar and AGS business units at Applied Materials since 2000. Prior to joining Applied Materials, Dr Yuan worked at several semiconductor equipment companies and academia in thin film development. Dr. Yuan holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Waterloo, Canada. |
