Takeshi Kato joined Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation in 2011, and has been working on product marketing of CD SEM. Before that, He joined Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Group, Hitachi, Ltd. in 1985, where he had been worked on research and development of Photo Lithography process for more than 20 years. And he worked for Selete as the program manager of Optical Lithography Program from 2006 to 2009.
He received the B.S and M.S. degrees in physics from Gakusyuin University, in 1983 and 1985, respectively, and Ph.D. degree in the electrical engineering department from Tohoku Univ. in 2004.
