· All participants (including oral/poster presenters, invited speakers) are requested to register for the conference.
· Full registration includes all conference activities, including sessions, U-Key gift, receptions and proceedings (soft copy).

o 5 ~ 9 registers to CSTIC & Workforce Development get 20% discount.
o 10 ~ 19 registers to CSTIC & Workforce Development get 30% discount.
o 20 ~ 49 registers to CSTIC & Workforce Development get 40% discount.
Early Bird rate and group rate is only available for early bird registration through the registration website and payment should be completed by March 6, 2026.
After March 6, 2026, all the unpaid registration will be applied with on-site rate automatically.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant –CSTIC will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of RMB50, for any cancellations received in writing on or before March 6, 2026. Cancellations should be directed to cstic@semichina.org. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from SEMI on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 10 days of date cancellation received to the original form of payment. After March 6, 2026, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at cstic@semichina.org.

If you want to book the guest room at Kerry Hotel which is in the same building of our conference center (No.1388 Hua Mu Road,Pudong, Shanghai, 201204, China), please fill in this Hotel Reservation Form and send to the Hotel Reservation Department (Email: groupreservations.khpu@thekerryhotels.com).

Request for Invitation Letter/VISA - Before February 13, 2026

Persons visiting China, regardless of nationality or intended length of stay, are required to have an entry visa. Please visit VISA APPLICATION FORM 2026 and fill in the application form to obtain an official invitation letter to help you obtain the entry VISA to China.
