Hao Geng is a tenure-track assistant professor at ShanghaiTech University. Before joining ShanghaiTech, he earned his Ph.D. in computer science and engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2021, under the supervision of Prof. Bei Yu. His research interests lie in applying artificial intelligence and LLM in EDA, especially design space exploration and computational lithography. His contributions have been acknowledged with two Best Paper Award Nominations at DAC and ASPDAC.
