Dr. Fei Ai
Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Assistant Professor

Fei Ai is now a postdoctoral fellow and research assistant professor in the School of integrated circuits, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Beihang University in 2013 and 2022, under the supervision of Prof. Jianqiang Qian. He then joined Prof. Yayi Wei's group in the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a postdoctoral researcher. His research interests include lithography process, optical proximity correction (OPC) and inverse lithography technology (ILT). |
