Guanghong Luo is currently the CEO of Yantai Xianhua Polymer Materials Ltd. He earned PhD in Physical Chemistry in The George Washington University in USA. During his PhD study, he published >10 peer reviewed papers with >700 citations. After graduation, he shifted his interest in semiconductor processes and joined Western Digital Inc. (WD), a World 500 company, in 2005. He spent 17 years in CMP/Cleaning process and consumable developments. He was authorized 29 US invention patents in CMP and cleaning. After quitting WD as Senior R/D Manager in April 2022, he came back to Yantai, China to start Yantai Xianhua Polymer Materials Ltd. as CEO to continue the exploration of CMP/Cleaning process and materials. Up-to-day, he has issued 3 China Patents, one of which has been authorized.
