Xiangchao Ma is the Co-founder and R&D Director of Beijing InnoMem Technologies Co., Ltd. He is responsible for the complay's RRAM technology development, commerical RRAM chips design. He received his Master's degree from Tsinghua University in 2013, and is currently pursuing his Professional Doctorate in Engineering Education. He possesses over a decade of experience in the memory industry, especially in the emering memory RRAM.
