According to the March 2023 semi research report，By 2026 global 12-inch wafer production will reach a record high of 9.6 million wafers per month。Many enterprises have plans to expand production，82 new 12-inch plants and production lines are expected to be added，among them, overseas enterprises such as GlobalFoundries, Infineon, Intel, Micron, Samsung, SK Hynix, Taiwan Semiconductor and so on and more than a dozen domestic enterprises。China, which has the largest semiconductor market, will rapidly increase production capacity in mature technology processes in the near stage, The global share is forecast to increase from 22% in 2022 to 25% in 2026, to 2.4 million wafers per month.This forum will invite global industry leaders and expert representatives ,sharing green innovative solutions in semiconductor factory design, construction, and management applications. Also providing opportunities for professionals to exchange and share technology, promoting the sustainable development of the semiconductor industry.
