Efi Megged has 30 years' experience in semiconductor industry currently serving as marketing director of KLA overlay division in Israel.
Efi Joined KLA in Aug 2006, prior to KLA Efi was process R&D director in Micron for 5 years and prior to this for almost 20 years at Intel at various Lithography roles from process development to various engineering groups management to managing the lithography area.
Efi Megged received his MS degree in Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem Israel in 1994.
