Dr. Gary Zhang has been working at ASML since 2010 and held management positions as Director of Strategic Marketing, Vice President of Product Marketing, and Vice President of Computational Lithography Products, responsible for product management, customer engagement and business development in RET, OPC and fab applications.
Prior to joining ASML, Dr. Zhang was the Global Marketing Director at Dow Chemical Electronic Materials. During his 3 years at Dow Electronic Materials, he was responsible for product marketing and business development in advanced lithography and patterning materials. Prior to 2007, Dr. Zhang worked at Sony Electronics for two years and then at Texas Instruments for eight years in advanced semiconductor manufacturing and silicon technology development from 0.35um node down to 32nm node.
Gary Zhang received his Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry in 1996 from University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA. He has more than 50 technical papers and 8 US patents in the areas of physical chemistry, microlithography and semiconductor fabrication. He also served on the program committees of SPIE Advanced Lithography, SPIE Lithography Asia, and China Semiconductor Technology International Conference CSTIC.
