Dr. Jingxun Fang, is an Associate Director of TD2 Division, Shanghai Huali Microelectronics Corporation. Prior to that, he served for IBM and HHNEC in technical development and management positions. Dr. Fang has been working in semiconductor industry for more than 16 years. He holds over 60 issued patents as inventor or co-inventor, and authored/co-authored over 15 journal and conference papers. He served the committee for ISTC’2009 and CSTIC’2010-2011. Dr. Fang received M.S. (1997) and Ph.D.(2000) degrees from Clarkson University, and B.S. from East China University of Science and Technology. |
