Xianhe Liu is assistant professor at Fudan University. She graduated from INSA (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées) and from Rouen university in France in 2015, and received a Master degree with double major in Chemistry and Material. She earned the doctoral degree specialized at Physical-chemistry at University of Strasbourg in France in 2018. After PhD, she worked at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) Charles Sadron Institute for 2 years. Then she joined the School of Microelectronics in Fudan University in 2021. Her research interests include advanced lithography process and material development. She has authored or co-authored more than 22 papers and has attended 10 international semiconductor-related conferences.
