Dr. Ke Jiang is President of APM and a Chair Professor at the Institute of Microelectronics, Tsinghua University, where his research focuses on semiconductor engineering and plasma technology.
He previously served as Executive Vice President of Nexperia B.V. and General Manager of its China Design Center. His professional experience also includes technical and development roles at Infineon Technologies and Huawei Technologies, where he worked on advanced packaging and wafer technology development. Dr. Jiang is a Senior Member of IEEE.
He holds a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Munich and the Max Planck Society (2011) and an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge (2022). He was a Marie Curie Fellow for Early Stage Researchers (2007–2011). Dr. Jiang has authored 23 papers in journals including Physical Review Letters, holds 15 patents, and wrote the book Automotive-Grade Semiconductor Technology.
