Dimitri has over 20 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry. He is currently the head of the Dielectric CVD Product Management group with responsibilities in defining the strategic roadmaps and marketing of Applied's dielectric CVD products. He is also responsible for wafer fabrication equipment market analysis and increasing revenue generation by strategically aligning business products to customer requirements and technology inflections. Prior to his current role, he held technology development responsibilities for the Selective Removal Products Business Unit. Before joining Applied Materials, he worked on 3 generations of 3D NAND flash memory at Intel Corporation. He has also held process and integration development roles for advanced logic at both IBM and AMD. He received his MS and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, and holds over 35 patents and refereed journal publications.
