Dr. Taiyen Peng is the senior director of etch product line of Leuven Instruments, Jiangsu, China. He received his B. S. degree in Materials Science & Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 2001 and received his Ph.D. degree in Materials Science & Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in 2007. His research has been on growth of magnetic films and its thermal stability improvements in National Chiao Tung University. In Leuven Instruments, his work focuses on dry etch for MTJ patterning.
